Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. We use Couriers and Australia Post, depending on where the product is going. We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free delivery. Bompies cannot be responsible for shipping times, once the goods have left our dispatch, it is in the hands of the courier.

Victoria:

Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days

Other States:

Metro - up to 3-6 business days (depending on lodgement and destination points)
Country - Please ask at your local post office

 

Standard Shipping
~3 - 5 business days AUD $10.00

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a collection card is left in your Post box to arrange a re-delivery.

International shipping
~10-15 days AUD $30.00

If you desire your package to be left unattended upon delivery, please let us know in 'Shipping Comments' at checkout.

*Please note - we cannot deliver to international PO Boxes.
